Meet Mike Calkins, Sales Agent for Conner Homes at Ten Trails 

Ten Trails is happy to share that Mike Calkins has joined the Conner Homes sales team in the community! Mike brings more than 27 years of real estate and new home construction experience to his new role, and is eager to help visitors to the community find the ideal Conner Homes floorplan that suits their family’s lifestyle.

A Background in New Home Construction 

Mike has been working for many years in the new construction field, but his career started on an entirely different path over in Leavenworth, WA where he ran a mountaineering school for four years. That opportunity led him to become a youth pastor for several years, then he left that calling to become a new home builder. Before going back into new construction sales in 2012, Mike also spent time as a developer in eastern Washington.

One of the best parts of Mike’s job at Ten Trails is meeting all the different types of families that are looking for homes and sharing with them the developer’s vision for the community. “You just get such a great sense of community living here that you can’t find anywhere else,” says Mike. “It feels like living in a small, close-knit town, but you are nearby to shopping, restaurants and medical services.”
