Meet Stephanie and Ryan Grant | New Residents of the Towns Collection at Ten Trails

Ten Trails is happy to introduce Stephanie and Ryan Grant! The Grants moved into their new Cumberland plan townhome by Rudd in May of this year, joining some of their family members who already live in the community.

One Family, Multiple Homes in Ten Trails 

The Grants knew about Ten Trails long before offering on their new home. Stephanie’s parents, her sister and brother-in-law purchased one of Lennar’s Multi-generational Bainbridge floorplan homes by Lennar and have been living in the community since February 2019. Stephanie had even attended one of the community’s summer concert events to see Aaron Crawford perform at the Village Green in August of 2019. The couple had looked at some of the cottage homes by Lennar previously, but they were not right for them. “When the townhomes had their grand opening, we went to ‘just look,’” says Stephanie. “I now say it is my famous last words because we just loved what we saw.”

Low Maintenance Floorplan Ideal for Entertaining

Stephanie and Ryan were attracted to the townhomes by Rudd right away because they did not have yards to take care of. What shrubbery and trees they do have on their patios is taken care of by the HOA. “We came from living on a large lot and it was just too much work to try to keep up with it on our days off,” Ryan explains. In addition, the couple enjoys hosting parties and loved Rudd’s Cumberland plan with its huge kitchen and large open living space.

Worth the Wait

The Grants offered on their new townhome right as the pandemic was getting started and had a few delays to their moving day due to hiccups on the closing of their Maple Valley home they were selling. “Our previous home was 30 years old and there were a lot of inspection items to take care of,” Stephanie explains. “We also lost a buyer in the process, so it took a lot longer than we had hoped. The first morning we were in the new house I woke up around 5:30 am because we didn’t have any blinds on the windows yet. I could see the sun rising over the foothills and light was pouring into our beautiful new master bedroom. After all the weeks of stress I was finally able to breathe a sigh of relief and I thought, ‘this was all well worth it.’” Welcome to the community, you two!
