Ten Trails East Village Collection by Lennar is revealing eight model homes on January 26^th. Block Party Showplex

Lennar is hosting a block party to kick off the public opening of these eight new model homes.  Be among the first to see the models that represent over a hundred home sites and 11 unique floor plans The festivities will include entertainment and food for the whole family. The event begins at 10 am on Saturday, January 26th  with free donuts, coffee, hot chocolate, music, and lots of giveaways. There will be face-painting and balloon artists on hand for kids’ entertainment. Meet Jerry Farfan, Area Sales Manager/Sales Representative for Conner Homes 

Meet Jerry

Jerry has lived in the Northwest for the past 20 years, and has been working in new construction sales for about 16 of those years. After having worked for several different home builders in the area, Jerry is happy to now be the Area Sales Manager/Sales Representative for local builder, Conner Homes.
