A Legacy of New Home Sales

Shelley has worked in the real estate and mortgage industries for more than 25 years. She started out as a document drawer for a mortgage company and ended up in what ultimately seemed like her destiny: new home sales. “My father was a spec builder in Spokane and my mom was a top real estate agent, so I guess you can say it’s in my blood,” she says. “I think I always knew I would end up working for a builder in new home sales.” Shelley was a real estate agent for Keller Williams in Kirkland when she was asked to sit in one of Conner Homes’ open houses one weekend. She fell in love with the builder’s style and craftsmanship and vowed to work for the company. “I just kept asking to sit in their homes one weekend after another until they hired me,” she says with a laugh.

A Fulfilling Role 

Shelley’s determination is an asset in her role as Sales Representative at Ten Trails. She loves finding out what people are looking for in their dream home, and helping them find the home that best suits their needs. “After months of working with clients, I love handing them their keys and seeing the joy on their faces when they get to move into a home that they love,” she says. “It’s so heartwarming to see every single time.”

Jerry has lived in the Northwest for the past 20 years, and has been working in new construction sales for about 16 of those years. After having worked for several different home builders in the area, Jerry is happy to now be the Area Sales Manager/Sales Representative for local builder, Conner Homes.
