Community amenities are not only a perk for our residents that enhance their lifestyle in this new master planned community, they are also a place for neighbors to see one another and say hello. Even while social distancing, our residents take advantage of our many community trails, parks, walking and biking paths. Residents have also been utilizing our community fire pits for intimate family gatherings during these warmer summer evenings.

Community Food Truck Events

Ten Trails is excited to get back to hosting our large-scale Hometown Social community events when it is safe to do so! Currently, we have been planning regular food truck events for our residents! Ten Trails has a wide variety of homes available for purchase including townhomes, duplexes and detached single-family homes. Currently,  prices range from around the mid $300’s to more than $700,000.

What is the School District for Ten Trails residents?

Children living in Ten Trails attend schools in the Enumclaw School District which has a 120-year history of providing education excellence to students in the greater Black Diamond/Enumclaw area. Elementary-school aged kids attend the Black Diamond Elementary School, which opened in September of 2017 and emphasizes small class sizes and use of technology in the classroom.

Meet Jodi Pannell-Kay, Association Manager for Ten Trails

Ten Trails is happy to introduce Jodi Pannell-Kay, Association Manager for the community! Jodi is the on-site contact for all homeowners’ association-related questions in the community, and a wonderful addition to our team! Jodi has a wealth of experience working for associations in the Palm Springs area, and she brings a high level of expertise in managing associations for large, planned communities. Jodi is a Washington native and spent a great deal of her time in her childhood ski-racing for White Pass near Packwood. Her love for adrenaline sports carried over into adulthood, and she enjoys spending her free time snowboarding and rock-climbing in addition to playing pickleball with her husband, or hiking some of the local trails. Jodi is looking forward to meeting all of the future and current residents at Ten Trails, and working with Oakpointe, Ten Trails’ developer, to continue to make the community a wonderful place for families to live. “I want to make sure everyone knows just what a welcoming community this is,” says Jodi. “My door is open, and I look forward to getting to know members of this growing community.”
