More Builder Options Than Ever Before

There are currently six builders actively selling homes in the community, with more builders releasing homes for sale soon! Rudd joined the community in February 2020 and is rapidly selling their gorgeous and modern townhome units. Lennar has been selling homes in Ten Trails since the early months of the community’s opening and continues to sell homes in its Village Collection, with more exciting new releases coming soon. Four new builders joined the community in the second half of 2020. Ten Trails is excited to share news of new releases coming from MainVue and Ichijo in the next several months. Both builders will be constructing homes in the Enclave section of the community.
