Rudd’s new collection of townhomes at Ten Trails offer modern, urban-style living in a rural setting close to nature! Lennar has two different collections of single-family detached homes available for purchase at Ten Trails: the Village Green Cottage Collection and the Village Collection. Homes in the Cottage Collection start in the mid $400’s and feature three to five bedrooms, while homes in the Village Collection start around $500,000 and have four to five bedrooms.
